When you order through Mulebuy, the warehouse photographs your items before international shipping. These QC photos are your opportunity to inspect what you are actually receiving. Use this checklist as a research guide to know what details to look for in each category.
QC photos are reference examples only. They show what one buyer received at one point in time. Your item may differ due to batch variations. If you are not satisfied with a QC photo, you can request a return or exchange before approving shipment. Extra photo requests may incur a small fee.
Category QC Checks
Hoodie QC Check
Check stitching around cuffs, hem, and hood. Look at drawstring length, eyelets, logo placement, print quality, and inside tag alignment. Compare to advertised product photos.
T-Shirt QC Check
Review collar shape, tag stitching, and print clarity. Check for print cracking or misalignment. Compare sleeve length and overall fit against size charts.
Jacket QC Check
Inspect zipper smoothness, pocket placement, and stitching density. Check lining material, button quality, and hood attachment. Note differences from seller photos.
